Guild support funds disabled/not claimable​

Bug Description:

Again as the title says, even when meeting requirements for support funds, the leader/officers are unable to claim them. I'm unsure if this is an intentional decision or not, but I figured I'd report it anyway.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Attempt to claim support funds with a guild that has 11 or more members currently online.​

 

Would like to see this work. My guild needs money
