RMT ISSUE

I had 5000 Kakao cash and used them to buy 3k pearls, 2k pearls and 1k pearls ( bonuses not incl.)but I only received 1k pearls.

If I am not at the right place for this kind of help, please tell me where to go.

The pearls are given in pearl crates, just as the ones you receive every 30 minutes. Check your pearl inventory.

 

I am aware which is why I am making a post about it.

I received the 1k pearl chest, but not the 2k and 3k.

 

Your maths are right, I am bad at explaining. I tried to purchase the 3k pearl chest first as it as the highest extra pearls, but it did not work. I then tried the 2k, still did not work. I finally tried the 1k at the end and it worked. The problem being that it spent all my 5k kakao cash and I only received the 1k pearl chest.

 

There was a rollback that may have affected you, send @Noyah a private message, she's quick to reply.

 

The servers roll back yesterday was a bad one. It wasn’t expected to roll back people as far as it did. People who transported stuff either lost it or gained double. People who were training horses didn’t get the levels. Some people got reset up to X amount of hours since the last logout. Nothing can really be done about this expect for contacting a GM with proof. Hopefully this helps explain what happened.
