Not given proper amount of Premium Time

I donated 25 dollars (12810 cash) and used the cash to purchase 60 days of Premium. It says on the site and in game I only received a month of premium and only have 500 cash left.

 

There was a pretty big rollback that happened today, which rolled back progression to BDO back 9~10 hours. Just send a private message to @Noyah

 

It's best to provide screenshots of your purchase proof and a screenshot showing what premium amount you were in fact given. Also, only @Carl can see player data, so is best to tag him here as I just did, or send him a pm so that he is aware of the issue.
