Game crashing on specific characters

    My game keeps crashing on one of my character only. It has all my stuff on it and I can't even log into it. But for some reason I can join on my other characters anyone know why? http://prntscr.com/iu2y2s

    I was sure you already tried to rescue yourself and that's why I didn't mention the rescue option, lol.
