Pets don't level up/gain exp

Hello,
i'm new of Gamez BD server so i'm sorry if it's something different from the retail version of the game.

Point is simple: my pets wont lvl up or gain exp.
Can someone tell me how i lvl them up? Or are they not supposed to do so?

Stupid question but you are feeding them right? Best way to lvl up pets is to set their speed rate to agile (first button on left changes speed), this way they drain their hunger bar faster and take in more food = faster exp gain.

 

They get experience when you feed them. Just leave them out all the time so you have to feed them more often.

As far as I know, no question is really stupid. Everyone have his own experience and knowledge.
I bet you have "stupid" questions too you might be too afraid to ask for.. And maybe even I could answer them ;D.
