Question for Admin/Devs

Hi,

This is a sincere question. Someone was saying on Discord that Gamez has decided to NEVER bring Trade (the lifeskill) online. They stated that the money produced by Trade threw the economy out of wack. Is this true? I honestly don't care about the outcome of this decision, however I've been saving all of the trade items since day one. If Trade is no longer in the works, then I'd like to free up that storage.

I believe it was introduced but caused nothing but issues with crashing ect, so they removed it.

Plus with .rescue being a thing I don't see it coming back anytime soon tbh.

 

I believe that is pure rumor, and here is why. I personally asked a previous gm and a dev about this very thing, asking "when will trade be enabled" and the answer is "not in the near future". Now, I take this at face value and assume this does not mean it will "never" be enabled, just that it is not their priority. I assume there are things they find more important to deal with first. We must take rumors with a grain of salt, as some people simply stat assumptions as facts.

I knew there was a very good chance it was only rumor, but the fellow acted as if he had inside info, so I thought I'd better check with you guys. I've never "really" played retail, so I'm not accustom to Trading. You don't tend to miss what you've never had. XD I think I'll keep on stacking those Trade Items, though.
