Can´t whisp and see guild list.

Hi, when i try to send a Whisp, always says CHAR NOT CONNECT or something like this. I try multiple time to multiple ppl, but always say the same.
I tried to, to restart the UI but nothing change.

In this way i cant speak to others in whisp mode, cant enter a guild.

I've had this problem from time to time, but usually find that I can whisper by clicking their name in chat instead of typing their name in whisper mode after clicking enter.

 

Everything is case-sensitive even names, that what usually prevents me from replying to whispers.

 

Thx for help, but dont work. Now the problem is only SISTEM channel work, all the others channel dont work. I choice the option to work the channels and discconet and connect again. Its not work. Dont see nothing except SISTEM msg, plz help i cant interact.
