Marketplace Notification bug​

Bug Description:

Pre-orders notification go off before item is registered, does not show the preorder notification unless clicked. Last notification is checked and should be showing the most recent. In RETAIL the sold through preorder notification goes off after item is being registered showing item been sold already. However, the notifications are backwards here and therefore you will not get the sold through preorder notification unless you click on all notifications. Just wasted 15 minutes waiting for item already sold.

Set notification to item that gets pre ordered alot.​

The latest notification goes at the bottom and the old ones move on top. You have to scroll up to see the old ones. That's how it is setup now since the last patch

EDIT: I noticed that your post was before the patch. I hope what I said helps. If this is not what I think it is all about, feel free to elaborate.

 

You misunderstood, when you open up the all notification tab it will display everything correctly, however, in retail you do not need to open this window up at all to know that your item sold to a pre-order as it is set to the last notification message. In this server As the system is now you will never see your item sold to a pre-order UNLESS you open the entire notification window. If that makes sense. Summary is that pre-order notification should be after the market registration but it is before the registration and at the exact same time in which you will never be notified unless opening the entire notification window because it overlaps the message faster than you can see.

 

Gotcha. The marketplace notification is clunky.
