Stuck on now processing screen

I'm stuck on the now processing screen and I've restarted the game twice now. I seen other threads where this was an issue for other people. In both of those cases Maintenance was occurring or the Login Server was down. I do not think that is the case right now though. Any ideas on why this is happening?

None of those options work for me. And my antivirus or firewall isn't blocking the connection. It's like it just doesn't want me to play.
