how can i get dp recovery skill?

    i saw some ppl who can reover dp for their group members. so where can i get this skill.

    The DP Recovery skill people use to recover their group members DP is one of the old breakthrough skills Woc1/2 had before. Now, it's impossible to obtain the skill in question since the breakthrough skills are limited to the following (website):
    Power: Instant Frenzy II
    Power: Emergency Teleport I
    Power: Cleansing Breath I
