Inventory Lock Bug

Hey, yesterday i was transferring some of my items to my alt and i obviously locked some valuable items in order to not waste them. I transferred them to my alt and i was clearing my inventory and i wasted bheg gloves, and as i rechecked today when you lock an item and put it into the ware house the lock gets removed. I was wondering if there is a way to get the item back.

 

If it's a bug, it will need to be in bug reports. That being said, they don't replace items due to player mistake. What do you mean you wasted it?

 

I was clearing my inventory and the lock thing disappeared. When you put it locked into the storage and take it it unlocks it self, and i was on my alt account grinding and i decided to clear my inventory. I wasn't paying attention and i threw it to the trash.

 

Unfortunately, that is still considered player mistake. It was not just because it was unlocked, it was because you were not paying attention. I have done the same thing in the past myself. That being said, they do not replace items lost due to player mistakes.

 

Placing an item in warehouse always removes the lock and you must re-lock the item. This has always been this way since the lock feature came out on retail.
