Used awakening weapon exchange on wrong character

I accidentally used my Awakened weapon box on the wrong character. Meant to use it on Musa not maewha. Is there a way I can change it out? I wasn't paying attention since I bought an awakened weapon exchange and a sub weapon exchange and used the sub weapon one first and wasn't paying attention what class i was on and just saw the Nouver horn bow, This happened about last night I did message Kolka as soon as it happened. He told me to post it under the help section but at the time the website verification was down so I wasn't able to post it right away.

Refunds are not given due to player mistakes. I assume exchanges are the same.
