download issue

    my friend downloaded the private server and its done it says 100 percent and ready but when he clicks start it tells him he needs to start game from launcher even though hes already using the launcher that says start

    download new launcher from gamezbd.net or Navigate to %userprofile%\Documents\ and rename Black Desert Online to BDO1
