    Hoe much percent is the success rate of getting +15 plume? hahahaha i got this +14 just last one for +15 but I wasted 500TS for this one since yesterday. So I might Asking how much success rate does it have :D

    depend on your luck i guess i just spend about 350TS to enchant blue plume +15 to +20.

    +15 blue plume is easy like you just need 100 to 150 ts but +20 would usually use 500 to 700 ts
