    before - 131, after - 130
    Please, help.

    Not much that could be done, this occurred in retail and happened to me here as well. When a patch introduces new content the knowledge tree can change and your energy reward for learning X% of that particular branch can be reversed if you no longer meet that % requirement. You have not lost it, you just need to re-earn it.

    Go in your knowledge list and find the category where you are short and learn that new knowledge.
