I managed to obtain my sword Yuria PRI in ultimate, my shield Vanguertz +15 in ultimate, ultimate trunk Taritas +15 and the helmet Agerian PRI in ultimate.

I disconnected little before the restart of the waiter and today by connecting me I notice that my ultimate items became again green.

If there was a rollback for you, there should be nothing stopping you from doing the same progress again and making that ultimate. It's not even that expensive to just straight up buy the ultimate stones on the marketplace.
