Why building FS is so hard?

It's hard to get 15FS on green//white gear.
On average, I will failed 2-3 times (not reach 15FS) before success (reached 15FS).
On retail, I could hit 25FS on Reblath easily.
Anyone have efficiency way to building FS?

 

It all comes down to RNG.

 

It's hard to believe that +15 has low chance to success here.

 

2% chance to succeed @ +15.

For retail, I have no questioning. For here, it's really hard to believe what I have been told.

 

Yeah I wasted a lot of resources last night only to get a PEN ultimate Grunil by accident at 29 FS. lol I was aiming to get at least 40 FS for a TRI basi belt attempt but nah... the game gave me a PEN grunil instead. haha On top of that, I got a TET tree armor at 24 FS and a TRI kzarka gauntlet at 19FS both unexpected results. It turned my sadness into happiness right away lol

 

The real problem is to get a negative karma charater at -300k to downgrade the gears xD

 

you don't need -300k, the lowest karma I used is -88k, but it's take like 10 times to downgrade an items.

 

i have a 77 stack

 

with the last patch in retail u can downgrade ur +15 items paying 100k to a npc, so just wait for it xP

 

I always have success withhhhhh Heve helmets. Both on retail and on here.

 

I personally love rocaba gloves, and they're pretty much free from Nagas.

 

This is gonna make life on gamezbd so much easier!!
