+16 Inventory does not work, lost item

Bug Name:

+16 Inventory does not work, lost item​

Bug Description:

I bought a +16 inventory slot epxnader and used it. My slots did not increase and the pearl item was lost.

I know it did not work because I'm still at full inventory: 63/63.

Can someone please replace my item?​

How to reproduce/proof:

1. Get full inv
2. Buy Inventory Slot Expander
3. Use Expander
4. Notice slots do not increase and pearl item lost

Switching characters and logging out/in does not fix the issue.​

 

This was user error - my VP ran out and I lost the 16 slots.
