Streaming on a private server

Are you allowed to stream gameplay on this server on twitch/youtube ect? and are there any people who stream on this server?

ive tried researching everything i can but everything seems very uncertain and everyone seems to have mixed opinions.

 

No it is against the ToS bit if you dont broadcast the fact that you are on a private server you should be fine.

 

If you get caught streaming a private server, it's against Kuckao's BDO ToS so you'll have your account banned (twitch account). hide the chat/level/channel info/ hide your mail inside same window of chat that's blocked and dont keep your equipment info up too long (capotia belt isn't in NA)

 

I streamed before with my twitch and youtubelive and didnt get banned, stopped doing it since this server is already known anyways.

In other words, it's illegal to do it for twitch

maybe in youtube its fine?

 

My user guide post (verified by Kolka) outlines that both YouTube and Twitch punish for people streaming a private server.

 

So I guess faebook would be the only safe streaming not like its a streaming site but to promote the game/server.
People like me just wants to promote the game/server and nothing like would I want people to follow or subscribe. Anyway, thanks for the update.

 

Its kakao's and or Pearl Abyss's discretion to pursue any copyright take down action against a streamer or video on either twitch or youtube. If you get popular enough and come into the eyes of kakao or PA they will go out of their way to take you down.

Most get away with it due to the fact their viewership is little to nothing not even worth the trouble to click the mouse button. lolhero and that easay9 kid both got hit by PA and all their GameZBD video content got stuck down and they wernt and still arnt very big creators.
