WTF? Elyos can fly and i can't fly?

    Hi everyone (sorry for my poor english :/). Today i was in Nute Warrens when I see an elyos then I start to run far away from it. The Elyos began to fly and chase my, I can't fly in this area...but...the elyos cant? (bug? hack?). There is a screenshot:
