When will the npc for balic craft designs summon?

any GM/admin can answer when will they appear again? XD
I really want to craft something but i need to buy those scrolls. T.T

so there is a spawn time for them> can we get the time in advance so we can online and buy them. really need balic designs and some morph designs!

 

its been over a week now and no gm answers and no respawn =/

 

i hope the GM read our problems and request......i really need the npc in sactum .....T_T

1. Is not sumon, its SPAWN ^^
2. Carl is the only one that can do that, or any dev.. or maybe edixoid, but i doubt it. Just have to wait for carl

 

huhu. I wonder when will Admin "spawn" it. T_T I badly wanted to buy scrolls and i can't find those scrolls anywhere. Not even at broker. = =

Karissa said there are some problem with spawning the NPCs and they are trying to solve this issue...

So, they will spawn them as soon as the issue is solved =)

fark i didnt know about these>< i just bought 150m in broker for an awakening scroll. and somebody told me that they dont just sell balic designs they also sell all designs><

 

I think the admins are trying to find the cause of the crashing-problems by trail-and-error (disabling/changing stuff to see if it solves the crashings)...

Next to that i have read somewhere that those npc's need to spawn manually (idk why); i think that is a pain with the current high number of crashes.
