w8 the mail for 5 or 10 minutes, and make sure u login to right character

 

i already click it and i already get items but when i open inventory items are gone

 

i got my ROAM disapers by inventory to.... maybe some bug when server down =s

Do u got empty mailbox ? If its full, u cant recive new mails from webshop.

 

I think he has taken his items from the mail, but its like "poof", u get nothing in your inventory

Multivoting maybe. You created you account today at all...for sure there's a reason behind that. Items cannot just disappear from your inventory, unless someone removed them with a reason.

According to the logs, the items you purchased were sent to your character and traded them with another player. Refund is out of the question.

ROAM is in your inventory. Try clicking the Auto Arrange Inventory button.
