Fixing about the magic item.pak is maybe better than releasing EAs on the ground. Those peeps who wears EAs with arch MS is fun to watch tho

But I think there's no way to fix it since it's an external file from server. And players can modify the file anytime they want.

 

As you said, It is with server checks to a certain extent. The sever can't control local clients if someone has edit it or so.

Just so you know. There are still ways to fix it just that I am not a programmer nor a dev but sure there is.

 

Well, on the official when you change any type of files, it does automatically ask for an update/file check required. But you can still create a new .bat launcher and run it normally until the weekly updates.

 

That's it. What I'm trying to say here. Is if the founder still care for these shits, this wouldn't happen tho. The server is dying but there are still players around and we can't avoid to complain. xD

Edit: they knew about these arch ms on abyss item before but they still placed EA on the ground. And now they're laughing out loud.

Client Modification should be forbidden or Admins should implement counter-checking parameters or algorithms. Or something (security features or sequence systems, etc.) that blocks mod clients to connect to the server.

Server's reputation is doomed. Sad

 

This is another way. So yeah. If they really want to at least change for a better server, they would've done this first before that update.

 

A fix will be applied in the next update, manastones will be removed from existence gear.
