Cannot Talk to NPC Jordine.

    Trying to do black spirit quests 1-50 and i cannot complete the latter as Everytime i click the cut scene option for Jordine to give him the letter, he bugs out . No cut scene plays, all npc's are now broken and cannot be interacted with.

    I have the same problem switching character seems to fix interaction but quest still cannot be completed.

    Quest seems to be bugged for everyone who did not do the main quest. Its called "A letter to the Grand Chamberlain" from Jordine.
