CCs have insanely high immune rate/not working

    CCs have insanely high immune rate/not working
    Bug Description:
    When attempting to inflict stun, stiff, knockdown, freeze, bound, knockback, or grapple, targets will immune them at a very high rate. 1/10 to 1/15 ccs may land, but the rest will not. Actual rate is not known, but I can't perform ccs as a Ninja nearly at all. Other players of different classes have the same issues.
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Perform any type of cc on a standing target. They will immune 9 times out of ten regardless of resistance stats.

    This is what I was complaining about on Kolka's discord. After 736 update, Grab fails a lot and crowd controls get immuned by players a lot of the time. Please do something about this as it seems like a game breaking bug. Pretty bad considering all the bugs we have at the moment.

    as a ranger I have tested after the patch I now basically can only use my bow my swords not only miss damage very often on multiple skills but like stated above all my CC skills miss even my knockdown on the bow and my rebam Daze I tried with both accuracy offhands and AP offhands no difference its 1/10 hits on all CC so basically I have a whole 1 shotgun block every 4 seconds to save me now cause if Im charge I cant fight back, my grab was already based on RNG its 10x worse now it never lands , I understand node wars was added but no one will bother with it if we cant even use CC.

    My grab , my dazes, my knockbacks , and knockdowns have awful hit rate and I have 497 renown k makes sense.........
