Infamous black screen after launching game

    After I press start to run the game from the launcher, it starts loading, but before the Kakao logo it crashes to desktop. I've tried the following:
    - Repair (multiple times)
    - Redownloaded the launcher client yesterday and did a full uninstall/install
    - Restart
    - Flush dns, reboot router, etc.
    - Remove cache and ad folder trick
    - I created a ticket 3 days ago, no response yet.
    - Removed GPU drivers using Driver Uninstaller from Guru3D and reinstalled latest NVIDIA drivers
    - For some reason the forum won't allow me to upload the client txt files which contain the errors so I uploaded part of it containing the errors
    - It's a standalone installation (no steam)

    If you need any more information or have suggestions, any help is appreciated.
    I love BDO but man support is terrible...

    Alienware 15 R4 laptop
    GTX1070
    I7-8750H
    16GB RAM
    256GB SSD

    If you have geforce experience, try turning off the in game overlay. I had that exact problem not two days ago and this fixed it. Also make sure you have gamezbd launcher (folder) set as an exemption in your antivirus, firewall, and windows defender.

    Same for me, I get to see the GameZ intro animation then the game crashes.

    There's more people having this problem; however it only seems to be a handful. You happen to be using an Alienware laptop?

    Got it to work, but I had to re-download the entire game

    Update: I'm still unable to play the game. They are now looking into the problem but I doubt they will be able to solve it anytime soon....
