i have an issue with the launcher, Preparing to download.

i just downloaded the launcher, and i am trying to download the game through it, i looked stuff up on forums and did exactly what is written, so to be more organized, i put the GamerZdb launcher in my program files , then i went to firewall and windows defender and set exceptions for it, then i ran the launcher and it is stuck on preparing to download, no way around it at all.

 

I recommend that you don't download it through the launcher, but from here instead.

 

You can also try putting gamezbd launcher folder as an exemption in your antivirus as well. if it's already exempted there, try disabling it. Some block it no matter what, such as avast, avira, norton, avg, malwarebytes, and a few others.
