Client Issue Movement Problem

    So i can log into the game and everything works perfectly fine.
    There is 1 problem, when im trying to move my Character *View Point* left, right, up , down its moving very slow, i would even say that it looks like i have in that moment 10FPS, but i have over 100 and its never drops lower then 90.
    I have 2 more Aion on my PC, both of them are working. I have only this movement problem here.
