Resolved Unknown Authorization Error - Help Please.

Yesterday I had this error and simply ran as admin after looking on forums and everything was fine, I was playing all morning previous to the Lahn patch.
However today after patch I cannot connect to the server at all even after running as admin with the same error "Unknown Authorization Error" every-time I click start.

I've read all previous solutions to this and nothing works literally been trying to get it to work for a solid 6 hours now, ANY help or tips would be appreciated as I've hit a brick wall with what to try next .

Things I've done:
- Re-downloaded the Launcher (8+ times)
- Re-downloaded the original game.
- Validated original BDO game files.
-Checked files on Launcher (10+ times)
- Tried using a VPN.
- Ran as administrator, changed permissions to always run as administrator.
- Checked and unchecked Read-Only.
- Deleted 'Black Desert' folder from My Documents repeatedly.
- Restarted PC 4 times.
- Checked the game isn't already running in task manager.
- Added it to exceptions in firewall and windows security.
- Disabled firewalls/windows security completely.

Note: I managed to get on once when I unchecked read only but then I lost connection after 5minutes and it hasn't worked since.

Fixed since latest patch haven't had a problem
