Don't know what to call this error... help!

Any suggestions on resolving this?

 

Not sure, but check your anti-virus if you have one, in the quarantine listing. A similar error happened to a few people with the latest security patch where a certain file is detected as a virus (false negative)

 

I checked Defender and nothing showed up in quarantine. I tried to exclude folders associated with the game to no avail.

I log in to the launcher, click start, a window opens that says "please wait.... initializing security module", black screen opens up and the white box pops up with no error just lets me close or click 'okay'. Happens immediately after hitting start.

 

Try client repair.

 

Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.

 

Drivers up to date and full uninstall and reinstall didn't change anything. Don't think client repair is necessary, still unable to play. Any other ideas?

 

I would like to take a look through teamviewer if you don't mind.

Due to lack of communication I haven’t been able to work out team viewer with a moderator. I’ve been unable to play for over a month. I’ve fully uninstalled and reinstalled the game a handful of times and the issue is the same. I click play after logging in > message pops up saying “please wait... initializing security module > black full screen window pops up > stays black > white error box pops up with no message and only option is to press okay or X > press the X or okay and everything closes.

Please if anyone can help. I’d really like to play the game again...
