[Quest] What's Up With the Closed Stable? (ID: 2028/1)​

Bug Description:

Needed Ghost never appears.

This is the first quest in a long quest chain, which will give a couple of Knowledge, too. Also, this quest is required for a couple of following quests.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Take Quest from Lara (cp >259 and lvl > 55 and amity with lara> 100 needed to take the quest), move forward to the closed stable. There is a 'mysterious man'. Between 9 pm and 1 am, there should spawn a ghost. When this happens, you should be able to talk to the man. but, unfortunatly, that ghost never spawns (waited for 24 h in game time).​

 

Experiencing the same thing here. Thought I was crazy, then decided to search it out. Sat there waiting from 9pm in-game time until 7am. Nada.
Currently level 60, 276cp, and 114 amity with Lara.

(ghost was there at ~12 am)
