Resolved Laucher Get 2 error after New Launcher Update!!!

This is two error i get from new laucher
my computer instal net framework 4.7 but get same error
Plz help me fix it. Thank !!!

 

1. Go to Start -> Run, type the following command and press Enter to run them.

Code:

regsvr32 %windir%\system32\qmgr.dll
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\qmgrprxy.dll

2. To start Background Intelligent Transfer Service, go to Start -> Run, type services.msc and then press Enter.
3. In the Services window, scroll down and double click on Background Intelligent Transfer Service.
4. Click Start on the General tab to start the service.

 

i get error from
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\qmgr.dll
