Clearing the Main Story line will give you this chest armor "Armor of Concentrated Magical Power" on each character that completes the story. The story ends after killing Boss: Witch, than accept the quest from Black Spirit.

After that go to altinova to trade it in to this NPC: https://bddatabase.net/us/npc/44008/1/ you will get several quests to upgrade it to its final form that has 60DP.

I understand. but I deleted this armor on my first character. I do not have other characters. do you mean to pass the quest I need a new character? and without a new character you can not? I want to play on one character.

 

Hmm, sadly once it's deleted it's gone for good. Maybe a GM can restore it, not sure if that is something they will do for you. But I would just do it on another character than, it only takes a few hours to a day tops without much gear to finish.
