Solved Your IP address already voted in the last 12 hours.

Try these, it worked for me.

Try to Clear your Browser's data and cookies and site data. (Go to settings > advanced > Privacy and Security > Clear data & Content settings)
Type to run CMD then type "ipconfig /flushdns" to clear your DNS Cache then try to vote.
(An Internet service that translates domain names into IP addresses. Because domain names are alphabetic, they're easier to remember. The Internet however, is really based on IP addresses. Every time you use a domain name, therefore, a DNS service must translate the name into the corresponding IP address.)

If it's still not working, try to vote in the other browser.
If it's still not working, try to use VPN. I Suggest to use Hola VPN.
If it's still not working, try to vote on the other computer shop with different IP Address.
If it's still not working, Then try not to vote within 2 to 3 days and try to vote after that.
Make sure that you're the only one voting in that IP address.

Sigh.. 12hours ip voting here too.. I am only alone in my house and i am the only one who connect to my internet . only one who use my pc.. but i get this 12hours voting ip Sometimes it get fixed but it just too sad if not.
