please ip ban people that have been previously banned

thanks in advance, I keep seeing randoms in rbf, whos full pen is stronger than my full pen, never seen these people before, but they are doing the same shit that people i've previously reported were doing. after retail revealing that multiple stats were able to be hacked (attack speed, ap, dp, resistances etc) im just going to leave it at that. just IP ban anyone whos been banned.

 

Are you sure they're hacking? or they know the combos better than you do? just bc you have full pen doesn't mean you're going to be better and always when if you can't combo to save your life than you're out of luck and probably going to get facerolled

 

And here's where I say, full pen vs full pen doesn't equal a completely one sided fight where they can use one skill and delete me and i can full combo and barely do any damage.

 

What if they have a dynamic IP? It would need to be a hardware ID ban else they could easily reconnect.

Have you seen the GM on retail with full PEN get destroyed due to his lack of game knowledge and incompetence about the game? Gear certainly does not determine the outcome of a fight.

Sure if they're hacking then they deserve to be removed from the game, but an IP ban is not the best solution here.

I suggest you record and report said players.

 

There are other ways to permanently restrict access and unfortunately this is something we are forced to do in some cases (excessively cases such as pearls and 3rd software sellers). I wouldn't say all of them, but most people who get permanently banned after spending a lot of their free time in the game, they should think not once, but twice whether they should cheat for the second time or not.
IP ban is definitely not the solution. Just think about the amount of innocent players who might be affected by such a wrong decision.
