Deleted Characters from old account...

Hello before i was playing this server i think before 1 year and i had like 2 or 3 characters i dont remember, and now they are deleted...why? I played so many hours and now i dont have any characters...

 

If these characters were on Lumiel, the server was deleted time ago hence the characters did. If they were on Siel, then it's better if you send a private message to @Noyah explaining everything clearly.
P.S: Think over to whom you may have shared your Account's info...

 

Yes i think it was on Lumiel... so i there is no chance that i can get them back ? What about all the hours spend ?

 

Unfortunately for you, there's no way to get your characters&items back...enough time has been given to those players who were playing on Lumiel with the opportunity to request the transfer of their chars on Siel.
Surely we all understand your frustration, but...you're pretty lucky because you're in the period where end-gear stuff has lower price in our webshop so you have the opportunity to get what you need in a faster and cheaper way.

 

Should have said what game you played in your first message.
Because bdo had a full server wipe last October. For aion, I guess what others above me say is your best bet.
