Resolved Came back like this

Can't talk to any NPC, can't load mails, character names depends on their class, no one is moving, and everything is lag. Tried re-installing still the same.

Any help?

Looks like you're experiencing connection issues. Did you try restarting your router/modem?

Changing your DNS has nothing to do with the fact that you're lagging. I see you're from the Philippines, what is your ping?

 

@Noyah made a new character, works perfectly fine. I can view my mails, talk to npc. Tried to connect my ranger then their names started to appear, not like on the 1st screenshot. But got DC afterwards

 

Does the problem occur only when you try to play with a specific character?

It was pretty obvious that what caused your inability to function with the characters was connection issues, which is why I asked about the other characters in order to move them to a less populated area. Anyways, glad it works fine now
