No longer see the option to exchange my Hunter's Seal

    Like the title, it happened after the update. I talked to Material Vendor Finlin and Jeweler Thyshelle Arms (who the NPC location appoint) at Tarif, they just didn't give me the option to exchange like they used to. Is it a bug or a new thing?

    Tarif is currently bugged I believe you will be able to exchange your seals in the next update.

    You can't obtain lv3 reforms in keplan sadly.
    Guess we will have to wait till next update.
