Game won't launch

    Hi, i am new to the game and I am unable to start the game. When I click start, the 100% next to my username goes away and nothing happens. I tried redownloading, I exempted the launcher from my windows defender already and problem still the same. Whenever i click start nothing happens.

    Can someone please help me.

    Did you try to exempt the Black Desert folder in My Documents as well? Also in the launchers properties under General uncheck read only and apply.
