New Gears?

I just back after 1-2 years break. Almost everything changes tho.
I need suggestions like, start with new account , character with starter gears or how should i farm lastest gear? what is the best gear rn? And I have no idea what to do ingame :3 ( standing at Sanctum & Pandae )
Hmmm and voting system changed too . Currently i have 1500 credits . My account is duo race. And this is my current equipment.

well dude GP now is the rank system and its way better now cuz u kill to get GP...im guessin you play plate class...just get BL bro the thing is prime has better pvp rates but lvl 75...while on the othr hand BL is not 100% unlocked cuz of the level cap we are in...so once an update comes...Bl gears might top the prime ones...just sayin. but you really should get the ea gear first since ur low in credits... and trade your 1.5k creds? get a provenance Greatsword + ADD or get a BL gs...by the way...if you do get the provenance GS you cannot fuse a BL GS under it you can only fuse prime on a provenance extendable GS.

Get your gear fast...and start pvp'ing and events....cuz the rankings just got reset and its pretty much fresh.
