   i was in the location where potencia was but the npc was not there? is it bugged or removed?

   I haven't been online for a while but have you tried using Aion database and get the coordinates? Though that's weird, when I logged in last month I was doing the quest and it was still there. However, it's correct that it may have been bugged.

   same as mine im having trouble finding potencia even i was on the exact location still i dont find the NPc maybe they need to fix the bug ...cant complete the quest
