    Hi GMs..

    Currently I'm doing "Oath made at the fountain of truth"
    I have completed the quest and all that's left is to combine oath I, II, and III..
    I have the 2nd and 3rd but lost the 1st one probably because I died during the completion of the quest and the item dropped without I realise it ( since I have the 2nd and 3rd )

    What should I do now to complete the quest?

    forfeit the entire chain and start over. ? usually is the solution for tossing out quest items

    But the item came from the previous quest I have completed.. is it possible to forfeit a quest we've completed?
