    Hi, i'm trying to get all the knowledge, but i need to get occlein knowledge(the one that is near of kzarka) but he doesn't appear never, i don't know if it's a bug or that npc isn't included in the game but i need to know to stop losing my time waiting him to appear, thanks

    This NPC is missing, I've stood by his spot for 2 game days and he didn't show up.
    Your best bet for his knowledge is getting a bookshelf and setting alts to read it, that's how I got his knowledge and Anon's (the guy that runs around near Glish, couldn't find him either).
