re ups the BL items to get new BT Skills

is there possible?
to fail back the BL items. and pick what u want BT skill for it?

 

You can try to enchant any part of BL as many times as you wish. The skill you get will always be random. You cannot choose them.

Well, you cannot change your skills on accessorries. Once you reach level 10 there is no way to fail and re-enchant again to get other skill.

 

Sad story , hope skill boost scrolls will come to life in further update

 

It would be nice, as far as I know they do not work.
