Website Issue Credits not showing up in my account.

Hello, I'm a new player to the Aion server. I haven't even made my character yet, but I wanted to purchase the VIP membership first and the game is still downloading. I paid for $25 worth of credits through PayPal and it's been about an hour now, the credits still haven't shown up in my account. I was directed here when I clicked on support on the main website.

I also want to add that everything went well on PayPal's end, I received a confirmation email.

 

Donations are processed within few hours, however, some cases require more attention and can take up to 48 hours to be approved.
