Problem With Crash

Hi all, today i have one question, one my friend have this problem.

The night me and my friend leave PC online for Pearl Farm, i'm not crash, my friend's after 1h maybe 1,30H was crashed everytime.

not is connection when durant the day 0 crash, only in AFK mode, night/day.

one method to resolve this ?

 

I had these problems before my Hard drive wen't bye bye.

If he is being disconnected and the game closes - it's a connection issue.

If he straight up crashes with no warning - either HDD issues and corrupted files, or a program is interfering with the client. Does this happen only when he is afk or even during gameplay?

 

while playing it never crashes, the problem arises only during the day or night afk.

if it were a drop in connection it should crash even while playing no?

 

Wild guess, but maybe the system goes into sleep mode or something. There might be a setting in the OS to conserve energy while not being active which shuts off programs as well as hardware components to save power.
I had some of these issues with other games like Archeage where I would play a whole day and no problems, but when I leave afk at night to do something it crashes at some point.
I used a diagnostics program and it turned out that during the night one of 2 things happens :
- my HDD blocks up making everything crash and goes back to normal after 30secs
- my GPU goes to near over heating triggering the heat protection and shutting everything off except the gpu fan for a while to cool down.

 

mhhh, my friend pc in new assembled, not have problem with Calor or hhd, i try to see powersaving mode on/off

 

probably have resolved the problem, thx so help, my friend have Delanced power saving xDDD

the most simply idea is the pretty good idea ahahah
