Where to take the flower honey?

Hehe, well it is as the describtion says; Fairy growth potion.
The problem is that it is listed as Flower Honey on our server when in fact it is: Ornette's Dark Honey Wine!

Basically this only works on your Fairy (https://bddatabase.net/us/pets/fairy/), but you have to complete the BSQ (BlackSpiritQuestline) up to and including: [Boss] Witch Hunting (https://bddatabase.net/us/quest/678/6/) and of course get the Fairy from the Fairy Queen in the Kamasylve Temple (https://bddatabase.net/us/quest/6802/1/), then using that potion will increase the Fairy Experience and her level which means she gets skills

Thanks for the detailed answer) My fairy is 20 lvl and I want to improve her in rank, but I do not understand where to find Ornette's Dark Honey Wine

 

Well as I said, the Ornette's Dark Honey Wine is exactly the same as the Flower Wine that you already have, now I do not know where you got that or how to get more of it, since I could not find it on our server's Pearl Shop. The only way I know to level up a Fairy is to feed it LOADS of green items that you would otherwise just put on the market or (by using Processing Heat) melt down into materials.

I am still waiting for the Random Number Generator (RNG) to award me a Radiant Fairy (top tier) so that I can level it up to maximum level 40, all I have now is a glimmering one (medium I think only goes to level 20), but so far no "luck".
