Launcher doesn't start

    Hello,

    I'm trying to start the launcher, but I have the following error (see linked page).

    I've read the thread about problems & solutions and tested lots of things : .NET framework installed, stopped antivirus, deleted cache directory, renamed version.ini file, etc... I still have this error.

    Could you help me ?

    I guess you're running the launcher with virtual machine then it doesn't recognize net framework.

    You're right, I'm using a virtual machine in the cloud. So there's nothing I can do to solve the problem ?

    Yes you can. Run the launcher without the virtual machine and you will be able to get into the game without any problem.
