Game auto-closes or crashes without pop-ups

Hi Guys,
I would like to know if someone is encountering this issue. I been experiencing this while afk or rarely when I play, the game just closes without a care or without a pop-up that I disconnected like the image below. Please advise due to my premium is being wasted. Thank you.



edit: when on tray it just closes without a pop-up and it didn't go back to the launcher. While playing and this happens the launcher auto launch and already log-on.

I also checked my power settings and it was set to balanced with all options selected to never (even the monitor display just in case).

 

The game just closed again now while I was breeding horses. there is no launcher pop up but I can see the launcher is running on background. Anyone know what is happening.

bump, still getting this. while I am gathering it just closes without a care back to launcher.

 

If you're using full screen, try changing it to windowed.

edit: as I woke up, it is back to launcher again
