Can a GM finally help me?!

Hi!

I'm having the same problem for weeks now. I pmed multiple GMs, nobody really gave a damn. Most of them dont even reply, just log off, and I have to wait another week until I find the one I'm looking for online, to repeat the same thing again. My problem is pretty simple: I lost 4,29b kinah by broker bug, here is the thread: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php?t=17953&highlight=negative+kinah

Bryne tried to help when I posted this, but it was already around 5:00 am when the server crashed, I couldnt stay awake until it got restarted. So, if any GM is reading this, please come online, and send me that 4,29b kinah via mail (to my character Trineel), doesnt really take more than 2 mins. That would make me really happy and I wouldnt bother any of you anymore. Sounds good, doesnt it? Thank you in advance.

Ps:I apologize if this post wasnt filled with any respect, but I'm getting really irritated as the weeks are passing by.

 

Just FYI, I had the exact same issue a few days ago and, and I read here an advice on this forum to try to contact an AM (Aion Master), so I simply sent a pm (through the forum, not in game) to Autumn with the screenshot proof etc., and he helped me very promptly - the same day, in game (I was lucky enough to catch him online right after an event he organized the same day. Thank you Autumn !!).
So I think you just have to have patience, not sure why it took weeks for you to get a reaction, perhaps you didn't contact the right people (I see that Bryrn replied to you already, so just have patience to catch him or other AM in game)

I am not sure why they can't fix it directly in the database (like the voting system does, placing money on your character etc.) or through the mail system as you asked. I guess they are usually busy with other things, and admittedly it's hard to keep track of everybody offline etc. so direct contact in-game is easier to manage..

 

Autumn and Zodake and Bryne can all help you.
They are able to restore kinah to you.
I'll give them a notification.

 

I was looking for Bryne, but I never see her online, though she tried to help me after that too. Told me to contact Zodake, and I was trying, but whenever Zod is online I'm not able to get him to reply to me. Once he did, told me to send him the proof via forum pm, and after he finishes lunch, he'll get to it. Well he either had food poisoning, or forgot me, but I didnt see him for days after that.

Btw, I think they can only restore however much you had in that SS unless you have more SS to prove that you continued selling things even after the first coincidence.

 

This is all. Checked broker and this screen popped up, I was like "sweet mother of....Aion"... and took a screenshot right away. But tell me exactly how much kinah is the limit. Just because some say it 2b, others say its 3b... so how much exactly?

 

There isn't a limit, but going above 1bil Kinah usually begins starting those bugs....

In the future, please don't sell more than 2b at a time in the broker.
